Corporate Sales Associates

Leadershipinc.'s business growth since its inception reflects the increasing interest in the unique productivity solutions provided by the company. We are currently seeking Corporate Sales Associates in the Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Montreal regions.

Corporate Sales Associates will become one of the leaders within the sales team and will report directly to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities of this position will include:

- Prospecting corporate clients in conjunction with the other members of the sales and customer service team
- Building and managing a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets
- Closing new accounts
- Working closely with operations team to support the successful implementation of the training program to client
- Managing accounts, acting as key account manager

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in the following areas:

- Blue Chip Sales - Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience selling intangible, medium to high-priced solutions to major corporate clients. Candidates must also be able to document their successes in achieving and exceeding sales plans and goals.

- Entrepreneurial Focus - As a start-up company, Mission Control consists of high-energy, fast-paced individuals with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude about their work. A consistent theme within the company is "do whatever it takes to get the job done" while serving our customers, our partners and our team.

- Commitment to Personal Development - A key ingredient to success for this person will be passion for the productivity programs and products we deliver and the difference they make for individuals, teams and organizations. Learning and using the Mission Control system is a requisite part of the job. Candidates must have demonstrated a commitment their own personal development and an openness to coaching, training and new approaches.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

- Demonstrated success in closing enterprise sales opportunities, from prospecting to proposal writing to closed deals
- Bachelors degree or equivilant organizational experience
- Minimum of 3 years corporate sales experience, preferably selling HR tools or solutions, training or educational products
- Aggressive, self-starter, goal-oriented, team player, well-organized
- Effective verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work effectively without close supervision
